I need the exterior of my 3 bedroom house prepared for painting. House is Brick but with wood trim. Gutters will need to be wiped down with a sugar soap or something similar to prep for painting. Wood will have to be patched and sanded and cleaned where needed in order to be ready for painting. Some wood rot will need to be repaired and some wood trim near the tiles may have to be removed.
