Hi, we need someone with experience in preparation of weatherboards for painting the exterior walls of our house. Very little extreme work needed, just good sanding skills and the occasional small application of putty or caulking in small cracks and holes. All supplies will be onsite paid for by us. Please ignore the posted price for the work in this ad, as it doesn’t represent the true amount of the work. We would like to pay by the square metre of weatherboard on the walls. On the walls that require a tall ladder or scaffold we will negotiate a higher square metre price with you. We have a small 3 bedroom house with 3 walls that will need to use a ladder or small scaffolding. The other walls are all 2.4 metres high, no ladder needed. Also, there is a small cottage on the property that will need the same prep. Will try and post a few photos here of the house.
