Hi! I’m looking for an experienced painter to refresh my 65sqm apartment with a complete interior paint job. All walls and ceilings are currently white and need a fresh coat. We would like to use the color Dulux Natural White. What’s included: • Kitchen/living room: 30sqm • Bedroom: 15sqm • Small office: 10sqm • Small bathroom: 10sqm • Wall washing and prep work before painting • All interior walls to be painted white (two coates) • All window sills throughout apartment • One three-panel window frame • All ceilings What I’m looking for: • Experienced painter with good reviews • All materials included (paint, brushes, rollers, drop sheets, etc.) • Professional prep work including wall washing and any necessary filling/sanding • Clean, neat finish with proper cleanup afterward Please include in both quotes: labor, all materials, and estimated completion time. Photos of previous work appreciated! Please note we would want the work to be carried out on weekdays and also note that the work can ONLY start after the 30th of September. Apartment is furnished but we will move furniture away from walls and enough space is available to accomodate this.

I am refreshing an older-style investment unit in Randwick with new carpets, blinds and floorboards. - I need the unit repainted internally throughout (all walls, doors, ceilings and timber)- probably next week or the following after flooring is complete. All painting (excluding the ceilings) will be the same Dulux colour throughout (Snowy Mountains Half-Strength). - there are 2 small balconies that have worn paint on the floor - these floors need to be repainted in a mid-grey outdoor/patio/garage non-slip paint - there are new skirtings being installed along with the flooring in the living rooms and with the carpets in the 2 bedrooms. These will be installed primed but need to be gap-filled and painted too. Floor plan is attached. Total internal square metres is 77. See photos for current condition (which is generally good).
