3 bedrooms sketches marks across most of the walls. No celling. 7 doors and skirting also needed to be treated for sketches marks. Walls - pen marks on the wall need to sanded, a stain blocker must be applied , minimum 2 coats of lowsheen must be applied. Doors: Gloss- All the doors, frames and skirtings need to be sanded. A stain blocker must be applied to the doors, frames and skirtings where there are pen marks. 1 coat of sealer undercoat would be required followed by 1 coat of lowsheen and 1 coat of gloss . Looking for good experience painter to take on this job from 11th April and finish this job within 4 to 5 days. Please note this is rental apartment and we would need to satisfy real estate inspection.
