We'll be moving out soon and we want to repaint our apartment before an exit clean. Please note it's likely only one coat is needed as we're mainly repainting to cover up scuff marks etc. Just to freshen up the place. We have two bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as a living/dining room space. It will all be one colour, to match the current off white. All walls, ceilings (not needed in bedrooms), and all skirting boards, door frames and doors. We have a tight timeline, from Sunday 9th until end of day Tuesday 11th October, as we're moving on the 8th and cleaning us on the 12th.

I am looking for a painter to paint the hallway in my apartment.

Need a painter to prime and paint our living room, kitchen, and bedroom concrete walls, concrete ceiling, and 6 wood doors and metal door frames. Including skirting boards and window frames in those 3 rooms. Living room is approx 18m2, bedroom is 12m2 and kitchen is 7m2 but some of the walls are covered by cupboards that don’t need to be painted. Floor plan shows more rooms but not all need painting. Walls are concrete it’s a 70s apartment in Brunswick. Paint will be supplied. Needing the work to start on Monday 9th August - thinking it will be 2-3 days work but will take your advice on that. Floorboards will need to be covered by drop sheets.
