A small 2 bedroom apartment needs to be painted. Includes very small kitchen, very small laundry, small bathroom and living area. Walls and ceilings. Mostly condition is good with little repair needed. Dulux only. Painters licence and insurance essential. Must have at least 5 year warranty for workmanship. Must leave place clean. Please see my other job which is to replace a small area of laminate floor boards (around 10m sq). If you’re able to do this together with the painting job I’d be very keen or if you can recommend someone as this should be done before painting
