Moved into new flat and needing help to unpack boxes and organise cupboards.

I need to someone to help me go through my stuff, clothes, shoes, household items etc to get rid of loads of it. Throw away, donate or sell. Help me somewhat organise whatever I have left. Even if someone is just there to direct me and help me make decisions. I do not expect you to do anything physically strenuous. I have ADHD and get too overwhelmed and procrastinate and never get it done 😩. It isn't a huge amount of stuff, I just live in a studio apartment and I want to clear out a lot of stuff. I just need someone to help keep me on task and held accountable. Please help 🙏🏻 Maybe like 3 hours of help?
