1975 Toyota crown has new alternator, but is only charging at 12.5v. Need someone with auto electrician background or similar to diagnose and fix. Looks to either be a ground issue or voltage regulator.

Hi there, I have an e-scooter that is temptemental. It’s not working. But when I disconnect then reconnect some chords up high (was told to do this) it was fixed the problem. But now I do the same thing and it’s not fixing it. Was wondering if an expert can kindly help me. Not sure if a big fix or small fix is required. Will pay minimum $80 for you to take a look at it and diagnose and will pay more than $150 if bigger job than you thought

Suzuki V Strom 650 2006. Road the bike before Xmas, came home and put it in the garage. Next morning wouldn't start. Charged battery. No response from starter button. Wondering if this model has a diagnostic port? Read manual says diagnostic port is under seat but couldn't find it.
