Looking at a s15 200sx spec r and just want some help with the inspection before paying a deposit

I have inspected the car myself and there were a few sounds of mild concern. In general it's has been very well looked after but this is for a piece of mind. It has its full service history and RWC so this is a final check. The exhaust made a whistling sound with a high amount of revs/ emissions coming out of it. Also the clutch made a slight sound with engagement. I will be inspecting it around 4pm
