Hello my partner has a motorcycle Suzuki gsxr 1000 and is currently having some issues with the clutch the chain snapped while he was riding and now the bike won't change gears. We are not sure if something else in the clutch has been bent. He has tried to diagnose the issue however is having difficulty. A mechanic has come out and told me this There is a rattle on the cam side of the engine. Lots of Pulley vibration towards the sidewall. Compression tested ok. All information Marries up with Auto data. Customer explained engine was rebuilt 6 months ago. Hi there I think my alternator has gone just recently. Battery was drained so replaced it, two days later no charge on the new battery. Not sure if parasitic drain or alternator etc. looking for best quote with second hand parts. Mitsubishi Lancer 2001 4door sedan manual. Will need to try jump start with your own spare battery and move from where it is if alternator replacement as it’s in an apartment basement car park. Would like it completed by Monday if possible.
