Looking for someone experienced with car audio/head unit and reverse-camera installations to finish off the setup in my 2011 Toyota Prado GXL (150 Series). I have already installed an EXTnix CarPlay/Android head unit, which is working. I now need someone to finish/tidy the installation and install a new EXTNIX AHD 1080P reverse camera that I have already purchased. Work required: * Install the new EXTNIX AHD 1080P reverse camera at the rear of the Prado * Run the necessary camera wiring neatly from the rear of the vehicle to the EXTnix head unit * Connect the camera directly to the new head unit * Set it up so the new camera automatically displays on the EXTnix screen when reverse is selected * Neatly mount the camera in an appropriate position at the rear * Check/tidy the existing head unit wiring and connections * Make sure steering wheel controls and other relevant factory functions are working correctly * Check CarPlay, microphone and general head unit setup * Secure and tidy all wiring behind the dash * Fully test everything once completed The head unit itself is already installed and operational, so this isn’t a full head unit installation from scratch. One problem I ran into is the Hazard Lights cable does not stretch far enough as it has moved to the left side of the facia. You will need to extend this cable. I already have the new reverse camera, so no camera needs to be supplied. Ideally looking for someone with experience installing aftermarket head units/cameras into Toyota Prado 150 Series vehicles, particularly running reverse-camera wiring cleanly through the rear/tailgate. Located around the Joondalup/northern Perth area. Happy for a mobile installer to come to me or I can bring the Prado to you if you’re nearby. Engine oil + oil filter change • 5.9L service fill, 5W-30 to WSS-M2C913-B • Needs the 27mm oil filter housing socket and 21mm sump plug socket • New sump plug crush washer • Service interval indicator reset afterwards 2. Coolant drain and refill • OAT coolant only (pink/red), 50/50 with demineralised water • No radiator drain tap on this model — drains via bottom hose • MUST be bled properly. This system is not self-bleeding and an airlock will cook it. Vacuum filler preferred. Happy for you to also do the fuel filter, air filter and cabin filter while you’re in there. I’m supplying all oil, coolant, filters and washers to the correct spec. You bring tools and skills. Mobile mechanic preferred. Weekday or weekend both fine. Experience on Land Rover / Ford-PSA 2.2 diesels is a big plus, tell me what you’ve worked on.

Bull Bar Installation – Toyota Prado 150 I have a second-hand TJM Outback aftermarket bull bar that I need fitted to my 2018 Toyota Prado 150 GX. The bull bar is already purchased has all correct mounting brackets, bolts and nuts and I’m looking for someone experienced with 4WD/bull bar installations to install it properly and safely.
