My car’s factory infotainment/head unit is not working properly. The screen is stuck on the Language selection screen (English/japanese/chinese), as shown in the photos. I cannot get past this screen. Pressing OK, Cancel or other options does not resolve the issue, and the display remains stuck there. I’m looking for someone experienced with car head units, infotainment systems or auto electrical repairs to diagnose and repair the problem. I would prefer to repair/reset the existing factory unit if possible rather than replace the whole system.
