Bike is a 2005 Suzuki VL250 intruder it sat for years it got new fuel, new oil, new spark plugs, new oil filter I got it running a bit rough and running rich but now it won’t start I’m suspecting it’s not getting fuel it seems to be running straight through the carbi and out the overflow (but i ain’t no mechanic)

He’s now just told me he thinks he put way to much in and I need to possibly drain some? No idea if this is the case or how to do so.
