Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opening for a reformer pilates studio! You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to purchase a x5 class pack (we will reimburse you this) and attend a reformer pilates class in which you will assess the experience you had during. All you will need to do is wait 24 hours after the class to see if you get a follow up, and then submit the report! You will only need to assess one class, and you will get the other 4 for free!
