We are looking for a mystery shopper to conduct an audit in 3 Medical Equipment stores from a list provided by us (see photo attached). Once you arrive at the store, take a few photos, interact with store staff following the mystery shopping scenario, and answer a few questions on this interaction. We estimate it will take you 25 minutes per venue to complete the task. Make sure you read the guidelines before entering the store. IMPORTANT: You’ll have to complete this task in our App (‘Snooper - Paid surveys’ available on the Google Play Stores or App Store). Only make an offer if you’re comfortable using a mobile app. As soon as we accept your offer we will send you more information. Note that most of the information is also available in the Snooper App. HOW TO FIND YOUR TASK/MISSIONS ON THE SNOOPER APP Download ‘Snooper - Paid surveys’ Once the App is installed, sign up using your email address Go to the map ('Search' tab) Click on the Filter icon on the left of the Search button to open the missions list. Click 'Clear' to unselect all missions. Select the missions shown on the screenshot in the comment section of this task and click Apply. You will be redirected to the map. Zoom in and out and use the Search button to find venues with the Tasks/Missions assigned to you. Read the mission overview and go through the checkpoints to get familiar with your mission. When you’re ready to start, click ACCEPT. Use the app to complete the task, follow the photo requirements and take the photos in the App Once your mission is approved, you will get paid the amount agreed on by AirTasker (even if the mission on the App shows a different amount). IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW You can only take pictures while using the app. You CANNOT upload photos from your phone later. Be sure all photos are clear and not blurry You can retake before you submit if needed Any questions, we will be there to assist you.

Some quick key points about this shop: - You would be going in at night time - Buying a drink (so must be over 18) and see if you win 1 of 5 camping items - Reporting back on your experience You do not need to have any prior mystery shopping experience, however we do look for individuals that; - Have some form of customer service experience - Don't currently work at any pubs/venues in the area (to avoid conflicts of interest) - Do not currently have any covid symptoms, and are not a close contact - This venue does require full vaccination for entry, so unfortunately whilst we would love anyone to do this shop, you will need to be fully vaccinated to gain entry We can't go into a whole lot more detail here due to client privacy, however we can provide a nearby landmark to the venue if you need. There is a very quick quick training video that will be sent to you that will go over all of the finer details of this shop, including what sort of questions will be asked in the reports and some tips for mystery shopping to ensure you are confident before starting the task.
