By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: ● complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and ● submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. THE PROJECT: You will need to visit the pharmacy, assess the presentation of the pharmacy and service that you receive. During this visit, Please note before you read any further about this shop, this task involves buying your prescription meds. Please only proceed reading/applying to this task if you have a prescription from your doctor to buy the medication. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the pharmacy from the various staff members that you interact with. Budget for this task is $40 (inclusive of fees). Can't name the specific location of the store for privacy reasons. Happy to answer any questions! Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself.
