Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opportunity at a pilates studio. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Make an online booking for a beginner package 2. Attend your first class and assess the experience. You will submit this first part of your report within 2 hours of attending your first class. 3. Wait to see if a person from the studio calls you within 5 days. Once they’ve called you or the 5 days have passed, submit the second part of your report. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees + a $60 reimbursement for your package. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any pilates studios in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. If this task needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (lockdown, sickness, etc.) we will not be able to release payment for just the training without the task itself being started. We are looking for a mystery shopper to assess a dessert store in Parramatta. This will involve you visiting the store, waiting in queue, sampling product, asking a couple of questions and ordering & paying for the product. You will need to pretend you have an allergy so that you can assess team member allergy handling. Afterwards you will take some pictures of it straight after it’s served to you. You can then enjoy the product yourself. You will provide all your experience feedback via an online survey. We will reimburse you for the amount paid in-store ($18)+ pay $30 for completing the task. Upon arrival, you will need to take several photos of the confectionery aisle and checkout area. I have a Facebook & Instagram account, Shopify shop to be opened and will print business cards and flyers, plus a stamp. I want the logo to be the company name, then a second exactly the same but with the website address below. This will be for print and the rubber stamp. However, I am not technical so want files I can just download for the different areas without having to do anything to them. I.e the Facebook file fits the icon etc. I have no understanding of file names either or where certain files can be used, so the logo files need to be clearly marked with where they are for.
