You will act as genuine prospective homebuyers throughout the sales journey. This task is not suitable for one person. At least two adult family members must participate to create a realistic young-family buying scenario. The task involves: Reading the supplied buyer scenario and instructions Making an online property enquiry Participating in a sales appointment Asking relevant questions and responding naturally Observing how the consultant presents the property, addresses concerns and guides you towards a purchase Monitoring any sales follow-up Completing a detailed online survey Recording a short three-to-five-minute video summarising your experience and observations The video can be recorded on a phone and does not need professional production.
