Hi there! We have an opportunity for you to visit a gym and provide feedback on your experience to us. No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. Here’s what’s required: Visit the gym between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday (avoid lunch hours) and follow instructions provided by us Arrive with an appointment and express interest in joining and take a tour of the facilities. Submit an online report including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video If you have any questions, feel free to ask. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop.
