Description: I’m looking for a Mystery Shopper to perform a review on the service and experience they receive as a customer in a store that sells women's clothing. This requires you to fill out a few notes on the interaction and level of service. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off. The entire process should take approx 60 minutes or so, including the time it takes to fill out the form. Ideally, not spending anymore than 20-30minutes in the store to avoid taking time away from actual customers. Things to note about the task: -You will be emailed the report along with clear guidance, it’s important that the guide is read in full before you enter the store, so the visit is a success. -You will be required to provide a picture of yourself in the garments to verify your visit, which is also listed on the form. The time frame you outline must match the entry time recorded on the store cameras. -The report must be returned back typed and neat as it’s used for training purposes. -The report needs to be returned the same day while the visit is fresh in your mind, please. If, for any reason this isn’t possible, please make contact as soon as possible.
