I have my car, a 2015 mitsubishi ASX, and the key has been acting up. It starts the car normally but distance locking/unlocking is on and off. After I try to re-sync the key it works but as soon as I put it back into the ignition, the fob refuses to work again. I’m guessing I need a new key and the programming needed along. I’m happy to use the same key blade as the one I have right now; it’s an after market anyway. Alternatively, if you could repair the one I already have, I’m all good with that…whatever option is the cheapest. Let me know approximately how much that would cost me…money is a bit tight at the moment.

There are 2-3 different locks on this door and none work effectively. The 2 modern locks at top and bottom I brought new ones but they don’t sit correctly to work properly. Also the screws are wrong sizing. Can someone fix the locks . Thanks

My dog jumps up and opens the door from the inside when I’m not at home I want to prevent this from happening so I need the door handles and lock replaced to make it some sort of deadlock that she can’t unlock when I’m not at home she’s a smart dog I will fund buying the lock and handle it necessary

Door lock in an apartment building on collins street - Melb cbd needs fixed. (without breaking the bank) Locks/ unlocks fine. Lever also works perfectly. It’s just coming out a little from the inside - (while fixing it, a small nail was snapped stuck inside - which fits the lock to the door) so it was working like this forever. We have issues with 3 locks at our house. Steel security door triple lock, the key barrell seems loose and one of the locks isn't retracting. Lockwood paradigm lock, key barrell seems a bit loose so can be difficult to unlock. Lockwood onyx sliding door lock, think it could be because of door movement that the lock can be difficult to lock.

The back door is not sealing and the latch does not align with the door jamb. The door needs to be either replaced, fixed or re-aligned

I had a smart lock on here that was working fine for months today I went to turn it and it didn't unlock very well... The doors fault bot the smart lock. I noticed that maybe something's come loose or there's something a little crunchy when I open the door and it's not properly opening and closing to the door. For now I've removed my smart lock which is seen in the picture, but still the door handle not opening and releasing the latch remains.... Happy to have a look to see if we can fix it or happy to replace it the handle that is the Smart Lock works fine. Need this today as right now I can't properly close the office so this is pretty urgent.

Refer to task numbers on pictures for reference. Task 1- drill a round 54mm hole on the door as I want to install the new round shaped door handles. 3 *doors. I have locks and can install myself. Task 2: lower the door a little bit as it's too high right now and hits the top and cannot close the door. There's plenty of space down side to move Task 3: Install a lock with keys as I am planning to make it a bedroom door. If it's too difficult, we can simply install a barn door lock separately both inside and outside to be able to lock from both sides. Cost of lock can be paid separately. Task 4: Install the door. Door fits perfectly but the frame is plane now. Will need to carve the space for hinge. and lock, that's it.
