We need someone to repair the lever handle lock on the back door of our shop. The door has a lever handle with a small locking lever (thumb turn) above it on the same backplate. The small lever turns, but it no longer locks or unlocks the door. It seems to spin without engaging the lock mechanism inside. I removed the handle and the lock body inside the door looks fine, so I believe the problem is with the small locking lever itself or the spindle/cam it connects to (possibly worn or stripped). What we need: Diagnose and fix the locking lever so it locks and unlocks the door reliably from the inside Please note: We do not have a key for this door and do not need one. The door only needs to lock and unlock from the inside. Photo of the handle attached.

Three internal room smart locks are not working. They are ON but they are not reading fingerprints or code and tenants are having to rely in keys. Needs to be fixed and explain to my tenants why it was not working so they don’t have the same issue again.

The new door will be the same size, or very close to the existing door. Job includes: * Remove existing front door * Fit and hang the new door * Trim/adjust if required * Install the smart lock * Adjust the strike/latch as required * Make sure the door opens, closes and locks properly The smart lock has already been purchased.
