I need help with attaching a window handle that has snapped off back onto my window.

Both of the keys are in the apartment. I can call building manager to bring us up to the floor and need you to unlock the door. The door locks automatically Address is 283 city road South Bank

The sliding balcony door at our rental apartment in Southbank is not sliding properly. The rollers are worn out and need replacing. Because it was jammed the handle has broken off when the tenant has tried to open it. I have purchased a new Lockwood handle and lock to install. The door needs to be removed to replace the rollers. I have not bought rollers because I’m not sure exactly which ones it needs.
