The bathroom door lock is jammed. The round knob turns but the mechanism inside does not unlock.

I lost my fob key but i still have my mechanical key that can lock and unlock the car. However, every time I unlock the car and open the door the car alarm goes off, and doesn’t turn off unless I lock the car. Turning the ignition on and off doesn’t work either. I have tried locating the security system in the car but it has been relocated, so my best bet would be to locate and deactivate the siren.
