We just bought a property and on moving in we’ve realised the key which is meant to open the store room will not. We think the lock is jammed, have tried wd40 but likely needs a lock smith to unlock it.

Two slightly different issues: 1. Replace deadbolt and door handle (I will supply). This will include drilling a new strike plate hole as the current door doesn't have one. It has a hole for a deadbolt and door handle though. 2. Fix window that won't open. Not sure why the window won't open. The photo with the cat is of the window in question. Happy to take more photos if that will help you quote.
