External sliding glass doors opening to Veranda. Two doors one sliding right the other left. The door to the left is getting stuck. The door to the right is perfect. May need new rollers. The doors are high-quality seven years old.

We have a sliding door to our balcony that's been off since moving in and we've recently had trouble with the door lock failing to connect to the latch. We would like someone to come and re-install a handle and lock for this door while also checking if there's a way to improve the sliding mechanism for that door. Separately the on-suite bathroom has a shower door that's been getting worse over time, if you could diagnose the problem that would be greatly appreciated.

Sliding window in apartment block is jammed. Will not open with key, but seems to be jamming at the point at which the lock is at. For context, I have never locked this window, the keys were in a drawer, so unsure how this would have possibly locked itself. Please send quote for job
