We have an existing automated number lock and it needs replacement as it isn’t working as expected. I have a new lock just need someone to install it.

The door edge is damaged where the lock/latch sits (wood chipped/broken). Please see photo. Fix 2 internal doors. 1st door doesn’t stay closed (too much space between latch and jamb. 2nd internal door is a sliding bathroom door and no longer locks as the latch doesn’t align

Our back door won’t close, it gets stuck on I don’t know what so we cannot lock it

The key barrel for the deadbolt on the switchboard doesn't work anymore. The key just spins around. There is a physical knob in the inside that turns the deadbolt so the mechanism seems to work fine.. The key just doesn't turn it

Door is not latching. Last week had a locksmith put a new door handle and latch in for me. Worked for a few days, now not latching
