The list below is the installation requirement: 1. All doors require key access from the outside and twist lock from the inside. 2. Four doors require universal key access -6 copies of universal key are needed -Universal key installation location: -Comms room - level 1, 2 and 3 -One staff room - level 1 3. One door requires an individual(not universal) key -2 copies of this key are needed -installation location: Store room - level 1 4. We’ve installed a ubolt dead lock that is a tiny bit sensitive and get jammed frequently. It will still lock, but with a jam message. The only way to avoid the error is to pull our door shut VERY TIGHTLY and lock. I’m worried it’s damaging our door, so would love to fix it. Open to your expertise, if you can fix it, great.
