You will need to enlarge the existing 32mm key barrel hole to a standard 54mm cross-bore hole using the provided Eufy template. Additional Steps: You will also need to drill the 25mm edge bore hole into the door for the latch, and chisel/mount the new flush strike plate onto the door frame (the old protruding strike box has been removed). Tools Required: Must bring your own power tools, 54mm and 25mm hole saws/spade bits, wood chisels, and a template guide or scrap block to ensure the hole saw doesn't skip on the pre-existing hole. Lock and standard mounting screws are fully supplied.
