Find professional lock installation in North Melbourne

I have a rental property where the lock is old and sometimes gets stuck. So I need a new lock installed. It doesn't have to be the same type of double-cylinder deadlock, just something that works as a front door lock. Ideally, the lock will be about the same size so we don't need to do any patch-up work. fix the front entrance door lock, the problems are 1. the handle from the outside facing part of the door is loose , and 2. the key that turns from the outside, sometimes doesn't turn smoothly. the key lock is below the handle. I have a newly bought handle that comes with key lock, but if it doesn't fit, you can get a suitable one and i will reimburse the cost of the new handle/lock. - Due date: Before Sunday, 13 November 2022

Lock barrel has to be replaced. I have the replacement barrel and keys for both barrels.

If u have a better suggestion please let me know I want the strongest inside the apartment lock that cannot to viewed from the outside. To explain if required I have obtained permission from land lord and an police report explaining why I feel the need to extra secure when inside. The door handle in my room doesn't have a lock on it, so I purchased a new handle with a lock. I tried installing it but unfortunately the new handle doesn't fit - I think the door needs to be cut a little bit. ~20 min? Then we have a cupboard door that has come off (don't know if someone took it off purposefully or it broke off ... looks like the hinges are fine and it just needs to be put back in place. ~5 min?
