Replace the existing door lock of a front door and add a new one

Two doors, both locks supplied by me — labour only. After a licensed locksmith, or an experienced tradie who owns a proper lock morticing jig. Door 1 — Front door (solid timber, painted black, glass panel). Swap the existing Jackson's mortice lock for a Yale ByYou Pro smart mortice lock, 60mm backset. I have it here ready to go. The Yale case isn't identical to the old Jackson's one, so expect to adjust the mortice pocket and forend rebate to suit. Being a smart lock it also needs a cable pass-through drilled between the inside and outside escutcheons, and a new strike plate to match. Door 2 — Internal garage-to-house door (white, solid core, 35mm thick). Replace the existing deadbolt with an Aqara U100 smart deadbolt. The current deadbolt is keyed both sides, which I want gone — the U100 gives a thumbturn inside for fire egress. The existing lever handle and its latch stay as they are. Existing prep: 54mm cross bore, 60mm backset. One catch worth pricing up front: the lever and deadbolt are only 100mm apart centre to centre, and the U100's escutcheon is 134mm tall outside and 140mm inside, so it may or may not clear the lever rose. Please quote both scenarios — (a) it drops straight into the existing prep, (b) you relocate the deadbolt 40–50mm lower with a new cross bore, edge bore and strike, old holes capped with blanking plates. In your quote please include: confirmation you have a lock morticer/jig plus a 54mm hole saw and deadbolt jig; a fixed price for Door 1 and both scenarios on Door 2; and your availability. All hardware supplied, so no materials cost beyond blanking plates or a strike if needed. Happy for you to check every measurement on site before anything gets cut. If you think the garage door leaf is fire-rated, flag it with me before cutting. Weekday is fine, no rush.

I need to have 4 mortice locks installed on 4 doors in my house on Tuesday 28/7 afternoon. It MUST be Tuesday afternoon. Attached some pictures of what is already in place - these will need to be removed as part of the installation. Backset of the originals is 63mm - the purchased locks will be either 57mm or 63mm (currently trying to source a 63mm option, will have final options by Tuesday morning).
