I am looking for a small locking hasp and staple (hasp latch) with a small keyed padlock — not a full door-handle replacement and not a high-security lock. It's just to keep that space able to be locked from outside. Looking for someone to improve the locking/security of a metal garden shed. The shed currently has a keyed T-handle lock, but the key has been lost. I’d like: - Existing T-handle removed and replaced with a new lockable T-handle - T-handle/latching mechanism adjusted so the door pulls closed more snugly — there is currently a small gap when the door is closed - A secure hasp and padlock arrangement installed as a second lock - As the shed is thin sheet metal, the hasp should ideally be through-bolted with reinforcement/backing on the inside or fixed into the stronger frame, rather than simply screwed/riveted into the sheet metal I’m looking for a neat, secure installation rather than anything overly elaborate. The latch on the front gate has broken off due to previous loose mounting and heavy winds blowing it open and shut. While the latch can be screwed or drilled back on (screws have gone missing) it might need a stronger latch/lock.
