Need to replace the current door handle lock. The current one needs key to open and lock from both inside and outside. need to change to some thing that can be locked from inside by turning a knob or pressing a button. Its a fire rated and backset is 123 mm. Need supply and install.

Door lock in an apartment building on collins street - Melb cbd needs fixed. (without breaking the bank) Locks/ unlocks fine. Lever also works perfectly. It’s just coming out a little from the inside - (while fixing it, a small nail was snapped stuck inside - which fits the lock to the door) so it was working like this forever.
