Open and replace VW 2012 Passat key (all keys lost) - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 28 August 2022

Need to have security for gate going to the park. Lock on both sides as pictured.

Install Smart Lock on front door. Replacement of the existing lock front/back panel and installation of new larger mortise. Smart Lock is a generic Tuya model.

Take front door off and replace with other door. New door may need to be shaved down 7 or 8 mm.

My GF and I have just moved to Bentleigh and are looking to install a handle lock on our backyard fence (outside to inside) as it currently only has a bolt lock from inside - out.

I'm seeking a handy man to replace a door latch. A friend replaced my door knob with one that can lock but the latch is an old one as the new door knobs latch doesn't fit inside the door. Now the latch isn't working and I need it replaced. I'm seeking a handyman to first come and remove the latch and then take it to Bunnings or a hardware store to buy a latch with the same specs. Then come and install the new latch. You may not need to replace the entire door knob but if you do then I'm happy to pay for a new door knob too. See pics and the red circle is around the old latch that isn't working. Budget for your service is $100 including going to Bunnings and finding a replacement.
