Find professional lock installation in North West Melbourne

Just install a new door knob with lock on my door and replace current door. Date is still flexible. Owner said you can replace it however, it can only be replaced with a door knob of its own kind. Basically saying he wants to be able to replace the new one with the older one seamlessly whenever new tenants rent etc. So new door knob needs to be able to fit in the same way as the original door knob. Is this something you can facilitate?

We need our back door replaced- please note this would involve measuring and buying the door (as part of overall cost). It’s quite a cheap door so I don’t foresee it being expensive (approx $80 door) but don’t trust myself to get correct size. I measured approx 230cm x 81cm. I would need the locks put into the new door and installed. I know can just fix the hole, but the side has always been damaged from when it split when the locks were initially put in so prefer to replace it. As part of the job and quoted price hoping someone can tighten our front door lock as it’s loose and unsure how to tighten it (pictured). Thanks!!!
