I’ve taken measurements of the existing setup: • Existing latch arm (cam) projects approximately 60 mm from the mounting face • Distance from the inside of the door panel to the frame engagement point is approximately 60 mm • Door is aluminium checker plate construction • Photos and measurements are attached I’ve noticed that many generic replacement paddle latches appear to have shorter latch arms and may not reach the frame correctly.

It’s not completely broken — I simply want it removed and replaced with my new Delta Smart Lock. I already have the new Delta Smart Lock ready to install. The new door will be the same size, or very close to the existing door. Job includes: * Remove existing front door * Fit and hang the new door * Trim/adjust if required * Install the smart lock * Adjust the strike/latch as required * Make sure the door opens, closes and locks properly The smart lock has already been purchased.
