Need someone to supply and install a Driver Side Door Lock Actuator for a 2005 Toyota RAV4. The door can be manually locked/unlocked using the key, but the driver side is not responding to the remote key/alarm. Fix digital door handle onto the door it is Lockwood ASSA ABLOY lock for the front door

The lock needs fixing. Pls have a look and let me know.

1. Bedroom Door - needs adjustment as hard to close gets jammed. 2. Study door - same issue as above 3. Hallway Cavity Door - Install double sided lock or latch as l want to be able to unlock from both sides. 4. Kitchen Cavity door, requires regular adjustment - and always rubbing - difficult to close. Tried adjusting regularly but adjustment does not last long.

Need a handy man to replace door knob with lock (to be supplied by us) and repair the sliding door as it’s not closing/opening properly.

Front door lock to be replaced. Back door hinge is stiff and needs to be looked at.

Screen door lock needs replacing as it won’t turn over all the way and we can’t get the current lock cylinder out, top strike trigger won’t pop out unless jiggled

Same key for both locks on my front door and both are starting to struggle to open it. It takes quite a bit of “jangling”. Issue is same with all my keys for this door.

Doorknob on one side isn’t catching the latch internally and just turns endlessly - therefore meaning the door locks from one side as you can’t engage the latch to open it.

Need help fixing my bedroom door lock and latch. The current one comes off and doesn’t latch quietly. New door and latch would need to be installed. Latch works to lock with out key. Need to fix the section were key would go. The old cylinder has been removed needs to be replaced.

Sliding Glass Door Lock Strike Plate Repair The strike plate on our sliding glass door has become loose. It looks like one of the mounting screws may have fallen out, although I'm not certain if that's the only issue. Looking for someone to: Inspect the strike plate and determine the cause of the movement. Re-secure it and replace any missing fixings if required. Check that the sliding door latches and locks securely again. If additional parts or repairs are required after inspection, please let me know before proceeding. Photo attached.

The main door lock works but sometimes it doesn't lock properly, also i noticed that it hard to move clock wise or anticlock wise.

I’ve recently moved in and need the front door locks changed for security reasons. The existing door handle is also loose and needs to be fitted properly/tightened. Scope of work: * Change or rekey the front door locks. * Tighten and properly secure the existing handle. * Ensure the deadbolt, handle and latch all operate smoothly. * Check door alignment and locking operation after installation.
