We have a newly bought and installed deadbolt door lock that needs to be adjusted. The problem is that the door is too low for it to close properly. So you need to unscrew and rescrew it higher up. The gate lock not sure what the issue is but it is sometimes hard to open the gate even after unlocking it. Should be a straightforward and quick fix on both.

It is often impossible to open the sliding door from the inside. From the outside I can open it with a solid pull. It looks like there is scraping on the hooks (see photos). The cable seems fine as pulling the door unlatches it smoothly. The door rolls smoothly once open and doesn't make any odd sounds.

One of the bedroom window chain winders (the twist handle that opens/closes the window) is stuck, and the window won’t close properly. The mechanism itself doesn’t appear broken — it seems to have just jammed (this has happened before and was able to be freed). I need a handyman to: • Free the chain and get the window closing properly again, • Service the winder (lubricate, adjust, and secure it) so it operates smoothly, • Make sure it won’t jam again anytime soon. Should be a straightforward job with the right tools.

Hyundai i30 2009 The passenger side window has slipped into the door and won’t stay up. I can pull it up to about 1/4 of the way.
