Hello All I am looking to get a quote for following * Replace 7 locks (door handles are already installed; only new locks with keys need to be fitted). * Remove 2 existing locks and install digital locks in their place. * Install new locks on 2 doors that currently have no locks. * Install Ring video doorbell. * Location: Point Cook, 3030. There are 2-3 different locks on this door and none work effectively. The 2 modern locks at top and bottom I brought new ones but they don’t sit correctly to work properly. Also the screws are wrong sizing. Can someone fix the locks . Thanks

Hi, I require either a carpenter, door installer, or locksmith to make an alteration to allow a latch to fit inside the strike hole again. The lock itself appears to work in that the key locks and unlocks the handle and latch of the lock, but the gate door won't ever lock. Looking closely, the latch doesn't sit inside the hole anymore and hits above it, due to a misalingment. When it was installed a couple years ago, it was working fine, however the door may have recenty shifted or warped, causing this, although I'm not sure. I am seeking someone to correct this, ideally by first checking the hinges and alingment of the door, etc. If this doesn't work, then perhaps remounting the strike plate higher or trimming off a bit of the metal at the top of the strke hole, or whatever you suggest. The backdoor autolock is not lined up properly. The latch bolt is not lined up with the latch plate. Need re-alignment done.

The door handle for my apartment entrance has come loose. It’s not like a regular door handle where you can remove the face place by easily pulling on it. I have tried to pull the plate off but it it seems jammed or glued. Need some kind of expertise to rescrew in the doorhandle.

5 Doors 🚪 to be changed .3 Glass sliding doors and jammed mesh doors to be fixed .

Both my screen door and front door are sticking at the bottom/frame. The main door deadbolt is also out of alignment with the recover on the door.

Bathroom glass door came out and screw broken. Need to also fix the door lock. I have bought the needed accessory to be fixed.

2 doors need fixing (one jammed and the other needs new latch/bolt) Door thats jammed is in our garage. Its very hard to open and close. Then the other door is a bedroom door and the latch bolt was not responding to the handle moving. So we removed the handles and were able to use a butter knife to push the latch bolt across. Door open now but we need handle fixed or replaced. I'll add bedroom door photos - and also photos of other doors so you can see what the handles look like on. I'll also add a garage door photos to see the one we have difficulty opening as its jammed.

The door lock seems to be slightly misaligned so the door doesn't close properly and can always be opened just by pushing it

Need a locksmith to come fix this door handle - no issues with the lock itself but one of the screws on the front side is loose but can’t be taken out (may have lost its grip) which is making the door handle loose.

The inside of my letterbox broke. So letters can’t sit in there anymore. I’m currently using cardboard to resolve it. I am after someone who has a solution. The only way I can get in there is from the front opening.
