Door lock and hook is unstable, frame iron is hollow. Door opens up in wind. Hook also needs alignment with the lock as it can be picked up by finger and opened even when there is a padlock.

My door frame is broken which makes it easily to unlock the door with a hard push even if the door is locked. Attempted to fix it with screws but still opens. Also the latch part needs fixing too just not sure how to do it. Bought a new knob too. The issue is that with a hard push the door is able to swing open even though it’s locked - it’s the door frame that needs fixing and the latch part too.

Door closes but does not lock securely — it can be pushed open from the outside. Need this repaired so it latches and locks properly, ensuring it cannot be opened by our toddler or cats.

Just moved into a new place and got some jobs for a locksmith: - want 3x locks rekeyed to the same key. Want 5 copies of the new key. - the front door doesn’t unlock properly with the key when locked from the inside. Want this fixed. - there is a padlock on the electricity meter we don’t have a key for. Want this opened or cut. - there is an alarm box we don’t have a key for. Want this opened and rekeyed - one door doesn’t close properly. Want this fixed.
