Hi, We are seeking a quotation for inspection and rectification of an electronic access-controlled door at an office suite. I have my car, a 2015 mitsubishi ASX, and the key has been acting up. It starts the car normally but distance locking/unlocking is on and off. After I try to re-sync the key it works but as soon as I put it back into the ignition, the fob refuses to work again. I’m guessing I need a new key and the programming needed along. I’m happy to use the same key blade as the one I have right now; it’s an after market anyway. Alternatively, if you could repair the one I already have, I’m all good with that…whatever option is the cheapest. Let me know approximately how much that would cost me…money is a bit tight at the moment.

We have a door that seems to have dropped a bit and the locks don't line up neatly with the holes they aim for. The door sticks at bottom corner away from hinges. To lock the door now we push it and left it up a bit. So, no trimming of the door is required just fixing the hinges.

The lock needs to be repaired. The key does not come out smoothly and can only be removed after pushing the lock slightly.

I need an experienced locksmith or door/lock installer to install a eufy Smart Lock C33 on my front timber door. The original mortise-style lock is currently reinstalled and functional, but its existing holes do not match the C33. What I need: - Assess the door and determine the best installation method - Modify/drill the door as required - Securely install and test the lock - Repair or neatly cover the old oversized lock holes The eufy C33 is already purchased and will be supplied by me. Photos are attached. This is not a standard swap, so experience with smart locks, timber-door modifications, and repairing existing lock cut-outs is essential. A locksmith with eufy or similar experience is preferred. Please review the photos and confirm whether the installation is suitable.

Need to fix the lock bracket that has come off. If you could please put 4 screws on the lock base so it wont be easily removed again. Previous screws was only 2 and it come off again.

The latch on the front gate has broken off due to previous loose mounting and heavy winds blowing it open and shut. While the latch can be screwed or drilled back on (screws have gone missing) it might need a stronger latch/lock.

Same key for both locks on my front door and both are starting to struggle to open it. It takes quite a bit of “jangling”. Issue is same with all my keys for this door.

Doorknob on one side isn’t catching the latch internally and just turns endlessly - therefore meaning the door locks from one side as you can’t engage the latch to open it.

Need a handyman to come and fix a sliding door lock so that it sits flush, and install a cupboard latch.

We have a troublesome door to an upstairs balcony that needs repair. The lock and now spindle are not turning at all. We tried removing the handle and still can’t turn the handle. Need a locksmith, carpenter or handyman to help me firstly open but ideally also diagnose and fix the door issues because this has happened a few times already before. See attached photos for the mechanism. to access the outside, if we can’t get the door open, you will need a ladder to get onto the balcony. It’s probably about 2.5 off the ground to the balcony, fairly straightforward to access with a ladder but we don’t have one here unfortunately. So please bring a ladder just in case. If it needs new hardware please let me know. I think it’s probably an alignment issue. We are selling the house, ideally today but any time before Wednesday is fine - Wednesday is the next inspection.

Door lock in an apartment building on collins street - Melb cbd needs fixed. (without breaking the bank) Locks/ unlocks fine. Lever also works perfectly. It’s just coming out a little from the inside - (while fixing it, a small nail was snapped stuck inside - which fits the lock to the door) so it was working like this forever. Need it fixed before i leave for a holiday
