2014 x3 BMW Fob key lost my original and need replacement

My 2009 Tarago’s driver door sometimes fails to lock with the remote/central lock, then a second or two later it unlocks itself. Sometimes it doesn't lock at all (just driver's door). All other doors lock normally. May be an issue with the door lock actuator?

Hi, I require either a carpenter, door installer, or locksmith to make an alteration to allow a latch to fit inside the strike hole again. The lock itself appears to work in that the key locks and unlocks the handle and latch of the lock, but the gate door won't ever lock. Looking closely, the latch doesn't sit inside the hole anymore and hits above it, due to a misalingment. When it was installed a couple years ago, it was working fine, however the door may have recenty shifted or warped, causing this, although I'm not sure. I am seeking someone to correct this, ideally by first checking the hinges and alingment of the door, etc. If this doesn't work, then perhaps remounting the strike plate higher or trimming off a bit of the metal at the top of the strke hole, or whatever you suggest. Looking for a locksmith to repair jammed lock (does not lock with key properly) or alternatively remove old lock and install new one with three new keys.

I have an A&L awning window where the lockable chain is stuck shut - I think rusted. Wanting to know if it’s possible to fix this issue by just replacing the chain and lock parts.

Both my screen door and front door are sticking at the bottom/frame. The main door deadbolt is also out of alignment with the recover on the door.

Two pushed out windows need to be repairs. Broken handles hence unable to open the window at the moment.

The door handle to the bathroom is locked on 1 end, despite the pin lock being released. The handle from the inside (pin lock side) is working, it’s just the handle from the outside. The spring inside the door handle has separated from the latch. I’m unable to open the door using the handles.

Side gate doesn’t latch closed, either misaligned or faulty latch/lock. Also do not have keys for it. Today (Tuesday 8th) or Friday 11th would be great if possible.
