Need a locksmith that can make a replacement key for a Holden 4wd Trax on the spot

I have my car, a 2015 mitsubishi ASX, and the key has been acting up. It starts the car normally but distance locking/unlocking is on and off. After I try to re-sync the key it works but as soon as I put it back into the ignition, the fob refuses to work again. I’m guessing I need a new key and the programming needed along. I’m happy to use the same key blade as the one I have right now; it’s an after market anyway. Alternatively, if you could repair the one I already have, I’m all good with that…whatever option is the cheapest. Let me know approximately how much that would cost me…money is a bit tight at the moment.

2014 x3 BMW Fob key lost my original and need replacement

My 2009 Tarago’s driver door sometimes fails to lock with the remote/central lock, then a second or two later it unlocks itself. Sometimes it doesn't lock at all (just driver's door). All other doors lock normally. May be an issue with the door lock actuator?

Two metal letterboxes have been vandalised at our apartment block. The doors are bent and one of the locks is missing. We would like them to be repaired soon by a professional locksmith/tradesperson.

So I'm having an issue with my Schlage Encode smartlock - the lock itself seems to be in order, but for whatever reason it isn't connecting to the wifi and therefore I've lost my remote access. Various troubleshooting methods have been attempted; batteries replaced, and lock reset, but it just doesn't seem to want to re-pair.

Hi, I need someone to fix an internal door handle. When you turn the handle, the latch bolt (the piece that goes in and out of the door frame) doesn’t retract, so the door won’t latch shut. It should be a simple job — the internal latch mechanism is jammed and just needs to be released or replaced. Photos attached. Richmond location. Flexible with timing. Thanks.

I have an A&L awning window where the lockable chain is stuck shut - I think rusted. Wanting to know if it’s possible to fix this issue by just replacing the chain and lock parts.

The door lock seems to be slightly misaligned so the door doesn't close properly and can always be opened just by pushing it

Fix side door on my Mitsubishi Express 2.4 van. It’s a sliding door and seems permanently locked.

Sliding door is getting stuck and hard to open and close. Issue likely to be with rollers.

The door handle to the bathroom is locked on 1 end, despite the pin lock being released. The handle from the inside (pin lock side) is working, it’s just the handle from the outside. I think it just needs to be unscrewed and fixed as I had this same issue on the other door which a handyman repaired quickly. Need someone in asap in Southbank

The spring inside the door handle has separated from the latch. I’m unable to open the door using the handles.
