2014 x3 BMW Fob key lost my original and need replacement

My 2009 Tarago’s driver door sometimes fails to lock with the remote/central lock, then a second or two later it unlocks itself. Sometimes it doesn't lock at all (just driver's door). All other doors lock normally. May be an issue with the door lock actuator?

Hi, I require either a carpenter, door installer, or locksmith to make an alteration to allow a latch to fit inside the strike hole again. The lock itself appears to work in that the key locks and unlocks the handle and latch of the lock, but the gate door won't ever lock. Looking closely, the latch doesn't sit inside the hole anymore and hits above it, due to a misalingment. When it was installed a couple years ago, it was working fine, however the door may have recenty shifted or warped, causing this, although I'm not sure. I am seeking someone to correct this, ideally by first checking the hinges and alingment of the door, etc. If this doesn't work, then perhaps remounting the strike plate higher or trimming off a bit of the metal at the top of the strke hole, or whatever you suggest. Need a locksmith to come fix this door handle - no issues with the lock itself but one of the screws on the front side is loose but can’t be taken out (may have lost its grip) which is making the door handle loose.

The toilet seat is now sitting unaligned. The door is jammed at won't lock - it is an automatic door and we had someone look who said the latch need to be replaced.

We have bilfold doors and one of the locks has broken. The latch used to lock/unlock has come off and needs replacing. See photos for what the broken lock looks like as well as what it looks like unbroken/with the latch.

Balcony door lock fixing, handle not working at all

Fix side door on my Mitsubishi Express 2.4 van. It’s a sliding door and seems permanently locked.

Sliding door is getting stuck and hard to open and close. Issue likely to be with rollers.

The door handle to the bathroom is locked on 1 end, despite the pin lock being released. The handle from the inside (pin lock side) is working, it’s just the handle from the outside. I think it just needs to be unscrewed and fixed as I had this same issue on the other door which a handyman repaired quickly. Need someone in asap in Southbank

The spring inside the door handle has separated from the latch. I’m unable to open the door using the handles.

The front door lock of the apartment works from the outside but when inside and you turn the lock it just keeps spinning around and doesn’t catch to be able to secure the door.
