My main door lock has stopped locking properly. It used to work and since yesterday the levers of the lock are not sliding inside the slot on the door frame. I suspect this could be due to slight expansion/contraction of the door frame and need help to get this aligned. I seem to be having similar issue with another door (study area). Am unable to close this door fully. Would need assistance to fix these issues today.
Loved how thorough Damien was. He arrived on time and made sure the locking mechanism was fine tuned till it was smooth as before. Would definitely recommend him for anything to do with locks!
