I need at a minimum 1 main bathroom, 1 ensuite and one powder room cleaned, plus upstairs and downstairs floors (excluding bedrooms) vacuumed and mopped. The price I have offered is for three hours, which should easily cover that. If you have extra time and/or are happy to stay longer, giving the kitchen a wipe down and helping with some tidying and decluttering would be amazing and I’m happy to pay for it. Massive bonus points if you are the ‘take charge’ type with the initiative to work out what needs to be done and do it. Ideally you’ll bring your own supplies (or vacuum at least), but I’m desperate, so can be flexible on this. Here’s the thing though - I need this today. I had someone booked in and they have let me down the last minute. The earlier you can arrive the better. I will be here helping, but have an unhelpful 2 year old, so my help will be minimal. I also need to go out for a couple of hours, so won’t be available the whole time. I am very relaxed and easy going - I just desperately need some help today. My room is full of clothes that I used to fit into and want to again, clothes that are now far too big for me that I don’t want to just throw away, various collections of *things* (jewellery, knives, gemstones, books) that are hidden away in boxes instead of on display… and every time I look at it, my brain short-circuits and I just walk away from it again. My mum is moving out of a 3 bedroom house and downsizing to a one bedroom unit. I need 2 strong people to dump furniture and other household items in a skip bin we’ve hired. There is one set of stairs at the front of the house. There is quite a lot to be thrown out so you’ll be needed for a few hours.

4 hour trial to start for essentially a paid interview. My husband and I own a company that is busy but still very new. We are still in the beginning stages of growth and are still having to put in very large hours. We also have a two year old and two dogs (is a puppy)and are finding it impossible to say on top of things around the house. We are looking for someone that has experience running a household effectively. I am really looking for someone who is able to complete a standard daily list (including some cleaning and meal prep) and then being able to think for themselves as to what needs to be done around the house - as if it was your own house. I can imagine the position including tasks like: cooking, cleaning, putting away laundry, organising areas in the home, some life administration tasks (such as booking the puppy in for the vaccine), keeping tabs on supplies in the house etc. essentially anything you would do to run your own household is on the cards. If you could include the answers to the following questions: - do you have experience running a household? - are you able to look around and see what needs to be done independently? - are you able to manage routine tasks independently? - are you able confident person who will be able to take charge of the tasks and not need large amounts of guidance - do you have cleaning experience? - can you cook? (Doesn’t have to be gourmet as we cannot cook well ourselves but well enough to follow a hello fresh or something at least in a time efficient way). - anything else you think we might need to know? This is a perfect job for a parent who wants to earn some more money as we are parent out self and fully understand the flexibility required. Time will be from 10-2

Side area including stairs to an apartment area needs to be cleaned as there is surface staining and moss. Private resident paying, not a body corp. Pictures can easily be provided for further detail.

Need help sorting and declutting a very untidy office

We are a home of 2 busy professionals, 3 kids and lots going on. We are looking to find a person who can come in and do the things we don’t have time for. Throwing a load of washing on, quick clean of the main areas in the house, fold previous washing and put into relevant rooms (ironing of some items would be good but not required). 2-3 hours max, get in and out and just do the best in that time. It’s doesn’t need to be a deep clean as we get that done every two weeks, but just keeping the place neat and moving things that aren’t where they should be. More organisation with basic cleaning. The person needs to have an eye for detail (eg just notice that there is a shoe under the couch that needs to go on the shoe rack, these clothes belong to an adult so belong in the upstairs room). -
