How I work: I'll be around but I won't stand over anyone, and I've got a call mid-afternoon. Get into it for an hour or so, put anything you're unsure about aside, then grab me for five minutes to clear the questions in one go. What makes someone good at this: seeing the fix, not just the mess. Thinking about how a space actually gets used and setting it up so it stays that way.
