I’m looking for a local cleaner, somebody who could walk to Broadway shopping centre kind of proximity. The reason for this is while I’d like a weekly clean, sometimes it might be twice a week. I’d prefer shorter and more frequent cleaning to longer sessions with big gaps in between. First time clean will take more time obviously, so I pay for time. I would look at increasing the amount you get paid after a successful trial, and then increasingly over time to value your experience in cleaning the one place. To begin with it would be $30 per hour, which is $7.50 every 15 minutes. You’ll get a minimum of 1 hour work each time, and then paid for every 15 minutes you stay after that - a maximum of 2.5 hours each visit may be done. I’m a cleaner that hates cleaning my own home - so I apologise in advance at some of the areas - I keep things clean but vents and hard to reach places get neglected. It will be just the bathroom, laundry, living area, and kitchen - no bedrooms. Please bring your own cleaning products but you can use my microfibre cloths, broom, and vacuum.

I need someone who is great with big dogs as my pup will follow you around as we work, it will be moving clothing by from the lower part to the upper part of the town house and helping me find homes for things and cleaning as we go. I need my Wardrobe with all my clothes organised in a neat and organised fashion. Which means folding most shirts and clothes that have been in suitcases and putting them away also neatly hanging up jeans and pants and putting away shoes and socks and also bed linen and quilt covers. Hi! Location is at an apartment in Darling Harbour. The job is once per week (except when me and my partner are away on holidays). This will be a busy day approximately 10 hours (including time at supermarket). It would be $200 every time you come. Plus we’d pay for the groceries for the meals you’ll prepare of course.
