I have recently moved into a larger property, I have un packed half my house but i need someone to help unpack and organise the rest of my house.

We need help with our house and garden ASAP!! We have a big house on 2 acres with a pool and tennis court, multiple gum trees and 2 chickens and in summer particularly it is a bit of a nightmare! We have loved living here but now that we want to spend a bit more time travelling, it has become a burden. Ultimately we might sell but for the moment we want to explore getting help. So, we are looking for a keen, hard working, practical someone who would be happy to do a variety of jobs including some tidying up, fixing stuff or organising someone else to do that, helping with the pool, gardening etc. Basically anything that needs doing but more when we are away! You would need to be flexible, trustworthy and practical, happy to have variable and flexible working hours (we can also be flexible) depending on our needs, the time of year, your commitments etc. This would suit someone like a local uni student, part time contractor or a retired person. Payment would be negotiated but on a casual hourly rate. I have a container coming from Cunnamulla and its arrival time is uncertain but assumed to be between 1pm and 3pm today. The unpacking is a low set place at Helensvale and comprises of 3 bedrooms of basic furniture and some boxes. Assumming two hours work for two people and if longer will increase the fee if needs be. The only variable is the container is coming a long distance and I don't know the precise starting time so availability to start will need to be flexible - and can update you as the day goes on.
