I require someone to do cooking and cleaning duties for the months of mid-May and June to cater for 9-10 people. The person should know North Indian cuisine (particularly Punjabi/Indo-Chinese etc). This will be a full time job required for someone to come daily (Monday - Sunday) during this time to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner (e.g curries with roti or paranthas etc). They should also be making chai twice a day. They also need to be able to find time between to spot clean (like dusting, bathroom cleaning, washing dishes, clean all floors and surfaces particularly in the kitchen, living and dining areas etc).
