I’m looking to replace the carpet in my apartment. 2 x bedrooms and the hallway corridor joint turn. The bedrooms are located upstairs. Lift is available in the complex. Parking also available. Looking at a middle of the range product. I’m selling the unit - so not cheap, but not expensive. I’m happy to rip up the old carpet if that helps (not sure it does). Date is 1st week of August.

Hello mate I need a regular reliable cleaner once every fortnight preferably on a Friday I live alone in a modern 2 bedroom unit in Rosebery....one of the rooms is unoccupied apart from music equipment and I try to keep on top of it best I can however there’s no better feeling than coming home after a long week of work to a sparkling home that smells great...sometimes I may request extras like fridge cleans oven cleans however I will pay accordingly. My only reservations are due to my type of work I never know when I will be at home and I work 6 days a week so I wouldn’t be here and would have to leave a key out...makes me slightly uncomfortable someone I’ve never met being in my home without me present. That said I need a cleaner and I need one who’s reliable and I need one soon....does that sound like you?
