Weekly Household Assistant – Meal Prep, Grocery Shopping & Light Housekeeping (2 hours/week) I’m looking for a reliable and trustworthy person to come to my one-bedroom apartment once a week for around 2 hours. The role will vary each week depending on what’s needed, but tasks may include: * Grocery shopping (usually every second week) * Healthy meal prep and cooking for the week, with a focus on high-protein meals * Putting on, hanging, folding and putting away laundry * Changing bed sheets * General tidying and organising * Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and wiping down surfaces * Cleaning the bathroom when needed * Dusting and occasional cleaning of the couch/upholstery * Other light household tasks as required My apartment is generally kept quite tidy, so this isn’t a deep-cleaning role every week. I’m mainly looking for someone who can help keep on top of the household, prepare healthy meals and make life a little easier. I’m happy to work together on meal ideas and recipes, but I’d love someone who enjoys cooking and can help prepare a week’s worth of healthy, high-protein meals that support my fitness goals. I’m aiming to eat a balanced, protein-rich diet, so experience with healthy meal prep would be a bonus.
