Apartment + 2 storage cages. Hi! After a hands-on, organised person to help me reset my apartment and a storage cage/s. Photos attached, but I can also link you to some videos and/or show you in person. This ad is just for an hour or so of someone’s time so I can explain what I am hoping for help with and show you in person. Perhaps even get advice or a list of items I should buy or order for the next session, likely a full day. What needs organising: ⁃ Storage cage 1 (South Melbourne – where I live) ⁃ Storage cage 2 (southbank, much less and smaller, 7 min drive from the south Melbourne location) ⁃ Kitchen in apartment ⁃ Living room/desk/tv area in apartment (it’s a fairly small apartment) What I have: : Bins, Tubs, bags, label maker, cleaning gear, tape, extra set of hands for some parts.

I’ve been unwell and haven’t been staying in my apartment, so I’m looking for someone to help get it clean, organised and comfortable before I return. The apartment itself isn’t particularly dirty, but things have built up and become cluttered while I’ve been away. I’ll try to sort through the majority of the clothes beforehand, although there may still be some clothing that needs folding, putting away or hanging on coat hangers. I won’t be at the apartment while the job is being completed, so I’m looking for someone comfortable working independently and taking initiative with organising things. What I’d like done: • General tidy and organisation throughout the apartment • Fold, put away or hang any remaining clothes • Clear and organise surfaces • Fully organise the pantry, grouping items logically and disposing of anything clearly expired • Organise kitchen cupboards so items are tidy and easy to find • Clean and organise inside the fridge, disposing of expired/off food • Clean inside the oven, including racks and trays • Clean kitchen benches, sink, stovetop and cupboard surfaces • Thoroughly clean the bathroom • Dust and wipe down surfaces throughout • Vacuum and mop floors • Steam clean the bedroom carpet • Put loose letters, paperwork and receipts into the organiser provided • Bag and dispose of obvious rubbish • Generally put things back into sensible places as you go Please don’t throw away personal belongings unless they’re clearly rubbish. If you’re unsure about something, please organise it or leave it aside rather than disposing of it. The main goal is to get the apartment back to a clean, tidy and organised state that I can comfortably come home to. I’m looking for someone practical and organised to help me properly clear out and reorganise my garage in Port Melbourne. The garage has accumulated boxes, cardboard, household items, clothing, storage items and general clutter over time. Photos show its current condition. I need someone to work alongside me to: * Sort through the contents with me into keep, donate and dispose * Move and consolidate the things I’m keeping * Break down and remove the large amount of cardboard * Load unwanted items for donation, recycling or disposal * Take away the items I decide I no longer want * Clear loose rubbish and leaves from the floor * Give the garage a basic sweep/clean once the clutter has been removed * Leave the remaining items reasonably organised and accessible There are some larger items, bikes and furniture/storage pieces in the garage, so I will make the decisions about what stays and what goes as we work through it. Hi! I’m in Elwood and looking for someone for an initial home reset rather than just a standard clean. I need hands-on help as I have a injury. I need help organising clothes and clutter, putting summer clothes away, folding and putting other items into more storage areas, creating functional spaces, and cleaning the space as we go. I’m then hoping to have the same person return fortnightly if the service goes well for regular cleaning and light housekeeping/organisation. (That will be 90 minutes fortnightly for $120) I’m not looking for a professional organising package or home styling—just practical, non-judgemental help getting the house functional again for myself and daughter. First service - 2x bedrooms to start, me and my daughters wardrobes. Bookcases in lounge room and art table for 5 year old. Kitchen arrangement too if there is still time within 4 hours. Require a weekly housekeeper for a busy couple who travel often interstate, we live in a 3 bedroom apartment with very little furniture, very easy to clean.
