What do home and lifestyle services include?
Busy people have a lot to handle. That's when Taskers come in. Home and lifestyle services allow you to manage your time, cope with all your tasks, and enjoy a healthier and happier lifestyle! Your Tasker can take care of some chores and help you tick things off your to-do list so you can have extra valuable time with yourself, your friends, or your family! Whether it's getting delivery for packages, planning a busy schedule, doing shopping errands, or getting purchases in stores, Taskers may take these requests as lifestyle management and home service.
Here are some of the home and lifestyle services your Tasker can help you with:
Home management
It can be challenging to keep an eye out on your home or property, especially if you have ever-growing personal or professional commitments. Let your Tasker take care of this by ensuring your property is in tip-top shape! They can go over your house, give you regular updates on its condition, and inform you if it’s time for maintenance.
Home and property management services are applicable not just to those who have lived in the same house for a while. If you’re only about to move into a new home, your Tasker can assist you with identifying parts of the property that need to be fixed or upgraded, and they can also help you move and settle down. If you need a hand in assembling your furniture, handyman repairs, or decluttering, you can also rely on a Tasker!
House sitting
Need to travel for personal leisure or business purposes? Feel free to do so with no worries or stress because your Tasker can provide you with professional house sitting services! You may be tempted to ask your neighbour to watch your house, but they can also be occupied with their own tasks and may leave your home unattended. You can trust your Tasker to handle anything that goes wrong in your house as quickly as possible while you’re away. They can even have your house spring cleaned to make sure that you get back to it spic and span. Having someone to watch your house can also deter theft, making your valuables safe until your arrival.
Personal concierge
If you need someone to help you with the chore- and errand-based tasks like organising your closet, picking up dry cleaning, or preparing for an upcoming trip, having personal concierge services can be highly beneficial! Think of them as a lifestyle manager. They can assist you with your household tasks so you can focus your time and energy on your work. They can oversee the critical aspects of lifestyle management for you and provide one-off lifestyle support depending on your needs.
Personal assistant
Getting a personal assistant is a way to go for those who need personal and business assistance around the clock. You can get their help anytime to keep your schedules managed, daily tasks coordinated and completed, and other chores finished for you. They can take most, if not all, of your household and business tasks. Your personal assistant can have access to all sides of your life, and that’s what makes it easier for them to be on top of everything you want and need.

Domestic Helper - House Keeping and Cleaning
$200
Ashgrove QLD 4060, Australia
23rd Apr 2026
We are looking for a domestic helper to support us with housekeeping. Our home: a small Queenslander with 2 bedrooms, 1 office, and 2 bathrooms. We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our home. However, with everything happening lately, we have been struggling to keep up with the housekeeping. From May to August During this period, we need support with two main areas: 1. Regular cleaning - Wiping main surfaces in the bedrooms, office, and bathrooms. - Vacuuming and mopping. - Cleaning bathroom sinks and bathtubs. 2. Preparation for moving (Note: not the actual move itself, just getting organised beforehand.) - Removing unwanted items — we have accumulated a lot over the years and have not had time to sort through them. - Packing items that are not needed for daily use. - Keeping everyday items tidy and organised. From August onwards 1. Laundry, and ironing when needed. 2. Organising linens and clothing. 3. Regular cleaning, as outlined above. 4. if above tasks work well, we may also discuss some kitchen support — not cooking, but tasks such as washing and cutting vegetables. For the right person, this will be a long-term role. Our expectations We are looking for personalised support rather than a standard commercial cleaning service. And we only want to engage one person for this service. We would like someone who is reliable, trustworthy, organised, detail-oriented, and willing to work with us according to our specific needs. We may need support 1 day per week before August and 2-3 days per week from August. What we offer We are open to communication and welcome any questions. We will support you to do your job with clarity and confidence. We provide a healthy and safe environment for anyone working onsite. For the right candidates, we would like to catch up to make sure both sides are on the same page and comfortable with the specific requirements.

Sorting, organising & light unpacking (3–4 hrs, ongoing)
$250
Clayfield QLD, Australia
18th Apr 2026
I’ve just packed up a large 4-bedroom home with 3 boys (9, 12, 14) and have already done most of the heavy decluttering. I’m moving into a smaller 3-bedroom house with limited storage and still need to buy some furniture. I need help with: • Sorting and organising clothes • Light unpacking from TAXIBOX (delivered 8AM, I’m available from ~10AM) • Grouping items into clear categories (size/use) • Helping decide what to keep, donate, or discard • Getting everything ready to be put away once furniture arrives but putting away the essentials This is not heavy lifting — it’s detailed organising work. Initial job is 3–4 hours Monday. If it’s a good fit, I’ll extend and likely need more sessions. I may not be available until 10AM (kids starting new school), so someone able to work independently is ideal. Looking for someone: • Experienced in organising/decluttering • Efficient and proactive • Comfortable making practical decisions Location: Gellibrand Street, Clayfield (parking available) Please include experience, availability Monday, and hourly rate. Looking for someone who can step in and bring order quickly. Heavy lifting support available from others if needed.
