My room is currently overwhelming with unpacked boxes/bags, clothes, shoes, beauty products, bedding, decor and random items. I don’t just need someone to tidy it for one day — I need help creating an easy system I can maintain during low-energy days/weeks. I’d strongly prefer someone with understanding or experience around ADHD, depression, executive dysfunction, hoarding tendencies or mental health-informed organising. I get attached to belongings and need someone patient who can help me let things go gently, without judgement or pressure. The goal is to reduce my belongings by around 30–40%, unpack properly, and give everything a clear home. Tasks include: - Sorting clothes, shoes, beauty, bedding, decor and misc items - Helping decide what to keep, donate, sell, throw away, or store - Organising wardrobe, drawers, vanity/beauty area, bedside table and storage boxes - Folding/hanging clothes in a realistic, low-maintenance way - Creating simple “homes” and zones so the room stays manageable - Bagging rubbish/donations/sell items - Suggesting or bringing storage solutions if needed. I’ll be present to make decisions, but I’d love someone who can guide the process and take the lead. I need practical, gentle, efficient and realistic systems.
